Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Assessments

Skill Expo provides instant access to educational quizzes and examination materials. Because access and question data are unlocked immediately upon verified payment, completed or started quiz attempts are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We gladly issue full refunds under the following verified conditions:

• Technical payment failure resulting in multiple deductions for a single quiz.
• Server outages or technical glitches on our platform preventing completion before the expiration window, where our support cannot restore the attempt.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email support@skillexpo.com with your transaction ID and mobile/email within 48 hours of payment. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
