1. Information We Collect

We collect your mobile number or email address solely for authentication and communication of your quiz receipts and scores. We do not sell your personal data.

2. Payment Data Security

All payment transactions are handled through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateway partners (such as Razorpay). Skill Expo never sees, processes, or stores your credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.

3. OTP and Session Protection

One-time passwords are cryptographically hashed and automatically expire within 5 minutes. Plaintext OTPs are never stored in databases or server log files.

4. Data Retention

Your attempt records and performance metrics are kept securely to provide your lifetime academic history. You may request account deletion by contacting support.
