How does OTP login work? Do I need a password?
No password is ever required! Simply enter your mobile number or email address. We generate a 6-digit one-time password (OTP) with high cryptographic security. Once entered, your session is immediately authenticated and your attempt history is tied to your account.
Will I be charged again if I reopen the same quiz link?
Never! Skill Expo tracks payment entitlements strictly on a per-student, per-quiz basis on the server. Once your payment for a specific quiz is verified, returning to that quiz URL while logged in will immediately recognize your access and bypass payment.
Can I retake a quiz after submitting it?
Each quiz has an explicit attempt limit set by the educator (typically 1 attempt by default). If the quiz allows multiple attempts, you can start a new attempt up to the configured limit without paying again.
What happens if my internet disconnects during a quiz?
Skill Expo continuously autosaves your selected answers on the server. If you refresh or briefly disconnect, simply reopen the link: your answers remain intact and the server timer keeps running until the official deadline.
How do star ratings and reviews work?
After completing an attempt, you are invited to rate the quiz from 1 to 5 stars and provide constructive feedback regarding question clarity and difficulty. Reviews are moderated by administrators to keep the platform respectful and genuine.
